Built for the Mission. Trusted by the Agency.
Since 2007, Infostellar has delivered technology solutions that help federal agencies modernize, operate, and secure their most critical systems. We are a Virginia-based small business with deep roots in the federal IT community.
Our Story
Infostellar was founded in 2007 with a single conviction: that federal agencies deserve technology partners who understand the mission as deeply as they understand the technology. We started small, focused on delivering quality over volume, and built our reputation one program at a time.
Over nearly two decades, we have grown into a trusted delivery partner across civilian and defense agencies — supporting programs that touch immigration, national security, data infrastructure, and citizen services. Our work on flagship programs like USCIS ELIS reflects our commitment to long-term partnership and measurable outcomes.
We remain a small business by design. It keeps us agile, accountable, and close to the work. Every engagement is led by experienced practitioners — not account managers — and our teams are built to integrate seamlessly into complex, multi-vendor program environments.
Mission & Values
"To deliver technology solutions that advance federal missions, protect national interests, and improve the lives of the people government serves."
Mission First
We measure success by agency outcomes, not deliverable counts. Every technical decision is made in service of the mission.
Integrity in Delivery
We are transparent about progress, honest about risk, and accountable for results — even when the news is hard.
People Over Process
Our people are our capability. We invest in their growth, protect their wellbeing, and trust them to do the right thing.
Continuous Improvement
We apply Agile principles not just to software but to how we operate — always looking for a better way to serve.
